As a co-founder and CLO, Eric’s focus is on contractual agreements, rigorous operational procedures, and managerial oversight, which has enabled the company to deliver high-quality service to CSRE’s client base. Eric has over 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney and Real Estate Broker. Eric has closed nearly 100 million dollars in real estate over the past decade. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Marketing Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana School of Law, Indianapolis.
Chad R. Olson
President/Member
Chad Olson graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems. Chad annually handles millions of dollars in asset disposition throughout the nation and specializes in the liquidation of major manufacturing facilities. Chad is a member of the local, state, and national Board of Realtors, Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Indiana, and National Auctioneers Association. In addition to working at CSRE, Chad is a co-founder of the Olson ALS Foundation which is a not-for-profit corporation that supports medical research in the fight against ALS (Commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Adam Olson
Principal Broker and Managing Partner
Adam’s responsibilities include the direct oversight of the company’s property management division, which is comprised of over 15 million square feet of real estate. Adam has over 15 years of real estate experience including acquisition, disposition, investment management, and property management. He has played a prominent role in establishing the company’s long-term strategic direction and has been integral in implementing growth initiatives. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance degree from Indiana University. He’s a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker and a licensed Indiana Auctioneer.
Charles Olson
Sales Agent / Property Management Agent
Chuck is a “Sales Agent / Property Management and Liquidation Specialist” for CSRE Global. Chuck works closely with our sales staff providing direction and guidance. He has over 25 years of experience in the collection process of liquidation and evaluation of collateralized assets. In his free time he enjoys his 3 daughters, his grandchildren, as well as bluegill, salmon, muskie and northern pike fishing.
John Reith
Industrial Equipment Broker and Site Optimization Director
John graduated from Wabash College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
In addition to brokering industrial equipment, John directs and manages CSRE’s Site Optimization division. He has 30+ years of experience as a Plant Manager, Project Manager, and Sales Manager.
Matthew C. Augustine, MS, CSP
Matt is an experienced well-known leader in the Health, Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) field, with over 35 years of technical EHS work experience. In addition, he has extensive project management and leadership experience gained from a wide variety of roles held throughout his career in aerospace, energy, health care, and manufacturing. Along with his EHS expertise, Matt has a proven ability as a cross-functional relationship and team builder. He also has significant experience and a very successful record in leading complex plant and equipment decommissioning projects.
Jay McArdle
Project Manager
Jay is a Project manager for CSRE Global and serves and one of the CSRE Health and Safety professionals. Jay has assisted in developing and managing CSRE’s Surplus Asset Management System (SAMS) portal. The SAMS is an invaluable tool that assists companies with inventorying and redeployment (or sale to a third party) of idle assets. Jay also manages the setup, cataloging and removal of auction projects. Jay received his Bachelor's degree from Ball State University.
Kris Roth
Project Manager
Kris is a Project Manager for CSRE Global and oversees the day-to-day activities of our facilities portfolio. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University.
Bart Berghoff
Health and Safety
As the company’s Health and Safety professional, Bart is responsible for identifying and mitigating hazards at the properties, preventing accidents, and satisfying health and safety requirements under EHS laws. Bart is competent in the Health and Safety Management system OHSAS 18001 and the environmental management system ISO 14001. He has completed courses covering fall protection for construction, hazard recognition and assessment training, electrical safety, and OSHA’s Construction Industry Outreach course.
